HOW KONDORIE KOMBAT WORKS

PRE-KOMBAT

Registered players will arrive at the event with one, pre-built, pre-equipped level five character.

After a quick introduction, players will be divided into KOMBAT pools, with each pool containing roughly the same number of players.

Each KOMBAT pool will then be assigned its own arena and KOMBAT master.

Players will then have 10 minutes to prepare for KOMBAT.

Before KOMBAT commences, each player will choose how they wish to enter the arena (check the rules for options) and then roll to see if they are successful in doing so.

Players will then roll for initiative to determine the order of action.

Once the KOMBAT master is comfortable that everything is set, they will let the EVENT master know.

A horn or bell will signal the start of the first round of battle.

POOL KOMBAT

The KOMBAT master will place each of the characters at pre-determined, randomized positions in each of their respective arenas.

Players will then control their character’s actions subject to initiative. At their turn, players will only have one minute to initiate their move, action, and or bonus action.

KOMBAT will continue until there is only one character left alive.

Players will then receive KOMBAT points for how long they survived in the arena, with the player who’s character died first receiving one point, the player who’s character died second, two points and so on.

At the conclusion of each battle, all characters will be fully revived (max HP) and regain all weapons and equipment. Players will then again, roll to determine initiative and how they enter the arena. The KOMBAT master will then place the characters in new, randomized positions for the start of the next battle.

At the conclusion of the pool battles, the players with the most KOMBAT points will proceed into the final KONDORIE KOMBAT battle. If two players in each pool have the same number of points, they will both proceed through to the final.

FINAL KOMBAT

Players who have conquered their KOMBAT pools will meet in a larger, more complex KOMBAT arena to face off against each other in the final battles.

KOMBAT points gained through the pool battles will no longer apply. Each player will begin the final battles with zero KOMBAT points.

The final battles will be run under the same conditions as the pool battles, with players rolling to determine how they enter the arena and initiative, and being awarded more KOMBAT points for surviving longer in the arena.

The player who earns the most KOMBAT points during the final battles will be recognized as the UNBEATEN ONE and receive the first ever clothing sponsorship from KONDORIE.
